Robot Operator (Customer Support)

Resposibilities:

• Monitoring and safely assisting robots in local and production environment
• Data collection: controlling the robotic arms mirror-like to executing different task types
• Creating plans and maps for cleaning robots in local and production environment
• Troubleshooting in a variety of real-world situations; providing detailed and accurate feedback to other team members
• Communicating with local staff and, sometimes, the public regarding robot operation

Requirements:

• English B1-B2 or higher (both written and spoken)
• Organized: you can juggle and make progress on multiple tasks simultaneously
• Self-sufficient: you get things done, learn what you don’t know, and can make quick decisions independently, as circumstances require
• Experienced PC user
• Google Docs / Services (confident user: docs, sheets)
• Working hours: 14:00—23:00

Also appritiated:

• 3D modelling skills (using Blender or similar tools)

• Bachelor degree of Computer Sciences/Computer Engineering (ready to hire a student)
• Linux basic user knowledge
• Network basic knowledge
